Whether you fancy sipping on one of our Local Signature Cocktails or enjoying a pint from our ever changing wide selection of beers - including Mam Tor our very own beer brewed for us by Torr Side Brewing in New Mills - there is something for everyone to enjoy. Our varied wine selection contains some familiar varieties and some more unusual bottles for those feeling a bit more adventurous. We serve freshly ground Mount Etna coffee from Brodies – the oldest Coffee merchants in Scotland and loose-leaf teas from the Cheshire Tea Company.

A typically racy South African Chenin with a good concentration of sub tropical fruit well balanced with fresh citrus acidity and a dry finish.

Rioja Blanco, Heredad de Tejada, 2014, Spain 12.5%
Straw yellow in colour. Ripe fruit, dates and banana notes stand out on the nose making it an interesting and complex wine. On the palate it is fresh and fleshy, leaving a long, balanced and pleasant aftertaste.

Passionfruit, mango and fresh cut lime aromas combine with fresh picked summer herbs and citrus notes.

PGR, Yealands, New Zealand 2015 13%
A delightful cool climate blend of Pinot Gris Gewürztraminer and Riesling. Highly aromatic, packed with floral notes. Zesty fresh peach and lime flavours and a fantastic minerally acidity.

Alastro Bianco, Planeta, Sicily 2015, 13%
Pale straw with hints of green reflections.
Aromas of ripe white melon and white peach Etna, followed by sweet, almost white chocolate and meringue flavours and hints of minerality.
The palate is thin and unexpectedly soft. A nice acidity enhances the freshness. Floral notes on the finish.

Aromatic with clean mineral notes and hints of citrus. The palate is medium bodied with crisp, appley acidity, and with a classic, steely, dry finish.

A concentrated wine with a big personality. The nose is clean and fresh with enticing lemon and leafy green aromas. The palate is full of citrus and mineral fruits leading into the dry, crisp, lengthy finish.

The grenache character predominates on the nose with plenty of raspberry fruit. A succulent attack is balanced by fine tannins and good acidity. The finish is marked by spice and blackcurrant.
