Twice a month we open on a Friday and Saturday evening to serve a varied set menu.  The menu changes each month but follows a similar format each time with four starters, four main courses and four desserts.  Two courses are £20 or three are £25 per person.  Each evening we have three sittings of one and a half hours each these are at 6pm, 7:30pm and 9pm.  To book call 0161 484 5380 or email enquiries@dutsons.co.uk.

Two Courses £20 Three Courses £25

Starters:


Fish Cake with homemade chervil mayonnaise
Warm Bruschetta [v] tomato, shallots, basil and garlic on artisan bread
Chicken Noodle Soup Thai style chicken and noodle soup
Potted Shrimp served with warm artisan bread


Mains:


Rump Steak fondant potatoes, Diane sauce, roasted tomatoes. Served pink or well done (+£3)
Chicken Supreme creamy cheese sauce, chilli broccoli and homemade garlic bread
Catch of the Day herb butter, crushed new potatoes and greens
Lumaconi [v] Lumaconi pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta and a tomato sauce

Desserts:


Mocha Mousse coffee and chocolate mousse with crushed amoretti biscuits
Lemon Meringue lemon tart topped with Italian meringue
Banoffee Eton Mess caramelised banana, toffee and meringue
Cheese Board crackers, chutney, grapes and celery (+£3)
