Twice a month we open on a Friday and Saturday evening to serve a varied set menu.  The menu changes each month but follows a similar format each time with four starters, four main courses and four desserts.  Two courses are £20 or three are £25 per person.  Each evening we have three sittings of one and a half hours each these are at 6pm, 7:30pm and 9pm.  To book call 0161 484 5380 or email enquiries@dutsons.co.uk.

July 'Pop Up' Menu

Two Courses £20 Three Courses £25

Starters:

Mussels Thai green broth, coconut, ginger, garlic, chilli and prawn crackers
Tomato Bruschetta [v] Crispy smoked Wensleydale, smoked sun dried tomatoes with balsamic reduction
Lamb Kofta Warm tabbouleh salad, homemade flat bread, dill yoghurt
King Prawn Caesar Croutons, lettuce, Parmesan cheese

Mains:

Rump Steak Mashed potatoes, greens and béarnaise sauce. Served pink or well done (+£3)
Chicken Supreme Truffled Mac n Cheese, greens and gravy
Catch of the Day Peri Peri spices, crab rice and blackened courgette
Mushroom Risotto [v] Truffled wild mushrooms and Parmesan cheese

Desserts:

Cinnamon Crème Brûlée Apple compote and shortbread biscuits
Eton Mess Homemade meringues and fresh strawberries
Chocolate Orange Brownie Orange sauce and ice cream
Cheese Board Crackers, chutney, grapes and celery (+£3)
