Twice a month we open on a Friday and Saturday evening to serve a varied set menu.  The menu changes each month but follows a similar format each time with four starters, four main courses and four desserts.  Two courses are £20 or three are £25 per person.  Each evening we have three sittings of one and a half hours each these are at 6pm, 7:30pm and 9pm.  To book call 0161 484 5380 or email

Chicken & Leek Terrine with pickled cauliflower and truffle mayonnaise
Chilli & Garlic King Prawns with kale on artisan bread
Potted Beef served with Yorkshire pudding
Pumpkin Tart [v] with sage, onion and cheese sauce


Moroccan Lamb with spiced couscous, dill yoghurt and homemade flat bread
Chicken Supreme tarragon spaetzle Portobello mushrooms and porcini sauce
Catch of the Day with brown shrimp and caper butter, Pommes Anna and greens
Gnocchi [v] Tomato ragu and cheese crisp


Crema Catalana pickled pears and walnuts with pear syrup
White Chocolate and Blackberry Pavé macadamia nut praline
Cornflake Tart homemade jam and custard ice cream

Cheese Board crackers, chutney, grapes and celery (+£3) [pair with Churchill’s Reserve Port 50ml £4]
