Twice a month we open on a Friday and Saturday evening to serve a varied set menu.  The menu changes each month but follows a similar format each time with four starters, four main courses and four desserts.  Two courses are £20 or three are £25 per person.  Each evening we have two sittings at 6:30pm and 8:15pm.  To book call 0161 484 5380 or email enquiries@dutsons.co.uk.

Starters:
Sesame Beef Skewers ginger ponzo, carrot and radish
Burrata griddled courgette smoked sun dried tomato pesto and focaccia croutons
Roasted Butternut Sqush Tart [v] with sage onion and cheddar cheese
Spiced Chicken Terrine curried mayonnaise mango chutney and nigella seed flat bread

 

Mains:
King Prawn Pasta kale dill lemon pickled cucumber garlic
Chicken Supreme smashed peas tarragon oil and duck fat potatoes
Confit Pok Belly butterbean chorizo morcilla and tomato cassoulate with pork fat potatoes
Charred Aubergine Parmigiano [v] tomato and Sussex Charmer sauce


Desserts:
Passion Fruit Curd Tart
Strawberry & Mint Eton Mess
Tiramisu
Cheese Board crackers, chutney, grapes and celery [+£3] [pair with Churchill’s Reserve Port 50ml £4]
