Twice a month we open on a Friday and Saturday evening to serve a varied set menu.  The menu changes each month but follows a similar format each time with four starters, four main courses and four desserts.  Two courses are £20 or three are £25 per person.  Each evening we have three sittings of one and a half hours each these are at 6pm, 7:30pm and 9pm.  To book call 0161 484 5380 or email

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup with smoked basil oil
Smoked Salmon Terrine toast and horseradish butter
Butternut Squash Tart [v] with sage, onion and cheese sauce
Chicken Liver Parfait toast and red onion marmalade


Chicken Supreme roasted root vegetables and new potatoes, pork and chestnut stuffing with gravy
Braised Beef with red wine, cream and silver skin onions with truffled mashed potato
Catch of the Day fondant potatoes, greens and tartare hollandaise
Roasted Vegetable Crumble [v] roasted vegetables, white wine sauce and savoury crumble topping

Mincemeat Tart Mincemeat and frangipane tart with brandy ice cream
Black Forest Brownie
Apple Cinnamon and Ginger Crumble custard ice cream
Cheese Board crackers, chutney, grapes and celery (+£3) [pair with Churchill’s Reserve Port 50ml £4]
