Garstang Blue

A wonderful combination of a smooth creamy cheese with a mild yet indulgent blue taste. After the chees is made, it is lovingly matured over the course of 6 weeks, at which point it is "spiked", allowing the mould to develop into streaks as it grows through the cheese.
