Luna de Murviedro Rose Sparkling wine is a refreshingly red-berried, 0% alcohol Spanish rose. A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain are macerated and then undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place until reaching 4-5 bar. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method allowing the wine to retain aromas and structure. This sparkling wine has fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate vibrant red berry fruit is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish. Serve as an aperitif, with seafood and paella, or just enjoy at a celebration!
