The Peppermint Paddock Sparkling Red 750ml

Vibrant purple sparkling wine from South Australia, a melding of ripe plum and black olive, with a whiff of cedar, another of mint.  The base wine is prepared using the time honoured techniques of open fermenting, foot treading and basket pressing. Addition of liqueur tirage instigates secondary fermentation and creates bubbles with a unique vibrant purple colour. Serve chilled.

Grape Varieties: Chambourcin and Graciano

Alcohol: 13.5% vol
